Newborn Care and Education
We offer evidence-based education on newborns, helping parents learn how to care for the new baby and providing tools to make informed decisions about the child's health and well-being. Learn about all the things you want, like bottle feeding, babywearing, cloth diapers, pacifiers, skin-skin contact and more!
Breastfeeding/chestfeeding can be a challenging experience for new parents, which is why we offer lactation support services. Aimee has a certification of lactation support and will work with you to address any issues you may be experiencing and help you create a successful feeding relationship with your baby.
Emotional and Physical Support
As an ordained Minister, I specialize in relaxation and stress relief through light healing touch. My Self Care Sessions, designed to support postpartum recovery, include a variety of treatments like foot baths, V-Steams, Sitz baths, body oiling, Spinal Flow Technique, and hair treatments. Understanding the emotional and physical challenges of the postpartum period, I offer personalized care, including perinatal mental health screenings. With my specialized training, I provide comprehensive support and resources to navigate the complexities of parenthood, ensuring a smoother transition into this new chapter of life.
Whole Family Transition Support
Having a new baby can be a big adjustment for the whole family, which is why we offer whole family transition support. We work with parents and siblings to help them adjust to their new roles and provide them with the resources they need to support the new baby in the family.
Sleep deprivation is a common experience for new parents, which is why we offer sleep support services. Our sleep lab provides parents with the resources to help everyone get some sleep through the night and establish healthy sleep habits.
