Recieve help in the home with postpartum services that will support you the most in having a gentle transition with a new baby. We will discuss what's important to you in the consultation and create a custom care plan to support you and youre family.

As a mother of two, Aimee understands how deeply the postpartum period can transform a person and an entire family. After receiving postpartum support herself, she experienced firsthand how meaningful it is to have compassionate, practical care during the early weeks after birth.

Through The Golden Fourth Trimester, I provide personalized, in-home peer support for new mothers in Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas within 50 miles. Weekly four-to-six-hour visits over six weeks are designed to help mothers feel cared for, supported, and less alone while they rest, recover, and adjust to life with their newborn.

Support may include restorative bodywork, postpartum education, newborn and nursing resources, light household assistance, and emotional support when a partner or family members are not readily available. This is peer-support doula care, not medical care; trusted referrals are available when specialized support is needed.
